The Riverhouse Inn is a privately owned traditionally run Inn located in the heart of the ‘Hardy Country, near to the famous Jurassic Coast. This very popular gastro pub with converted stable accommodation (three rooms) is situated in Upwey Village between Dorchester and Weymouth and is easy to find being off the main A354 Dorchester Road.

Ideally located for exploring Dorset the historic towns of Dorchester, Sherborne, Shaftesbury, Salisbury and Wimborne and Weymouth are all within easy reach. The Dorset beautiful coastline famously known as the Jurassic Coast is only a five minutes away down the country lanes.

The Riverhouse Inn is a Telegraph recommended Gastro Pub Restaurant and serves first class food in a friendly informal atmosphere. The chef/proprietor who is an award winning chef trained under the world famous Anton Mossimann at the Dorchester Hotel in London.

There is a wide range of excellent cuisine both Mediterranean and traditional English with both snacks and A La Carte being served both lunchtime and evening.
